How to replace the Power Steering Cooler without hydroboost on 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

Before draining the Power Steering Cooler you must detach the radiator grille initially. Place several drain pans under the vehicle before draining every possible power steering fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir. The mechanic removes both the power steering tank outlet hose from the Power Steering Cooler and Power Steering Cooler hose from the Power Steering Pump. First remove Power Steering Cooler bolts from the Power Steering Cooler and then pull the cooler out of the vehicle. You should position the Power Steering Cooler into its place in the vehicle while screwing the Power Steering Cooler bolts to the Power Steering Cooler with 9 nm (80 lb in) torque. Position the Power Steering Cooler hose to connect to the Power Steering Pump while the power steering gear outlet hose extends to the Power Steering Cooler. Before reinstalling the vehicle drain all residual fluid completely and replace the drain pans before filling the power steering system and performing a bleed procedure. Finally, reinstall the radiator grille.
