How to replace the intake camshaft and lash adjuster on 2010 GMC Terrain?

To replace the intake camshaft and valve lifters, take off the intake camshaft position actuator and bearing cap bolts. Remove intake cam, care taken to keep roller followers and hydraulic adjusters in their place. Lubricate the hydraulic adjusters and valve tips, replace camshaft, and bearing caps, tightening bolts in small increments. Finally, the actuator should be installed.
