How to replace the auxiliary A/C hose on 2010 GMC Yukon?

The first step to replace auxiliary air conditioning evaporator tubes is recovering refrigerant from the system. The team needs to remove auxiliary a/c evaporator tubes from their position on the condenser tube and accumulator device. An opening to access the clamp behind the right front wheelhouse can be achieved by freeing up the clamp then lifting the vehicle. You must remove right assist step and wheelhouse liners from both the front and rear side. The next procedure requires removal of the retaining nut and auxiliary a/c evaporator tubes from the auxiliary hvac module and subsequent removal of the heater/a/c tubes retaining nut from the stud at the frame . The install technician removes the auxiliary a/c evaporator tubes from their clamps then removes them from the vehicle. The new auxiliary a/c evaporator tubes should be connected to their designated spots and then affixed to the clamps of the vehicle. Attach the heater/a/c tubes retaining nut to the stud located at the frame and tighten it to 7 nm (62 lb in). Hook up the auxiliary a/c evaporator tubes (2,3) as well as the retaining nut to the auxiliary hvac module while torquing to 16 nm (12 lb ft). After lowering the vehicle reattach the rear wheelhouse liner together with the right assist step and the front wheelhouse liner. Finishing the installation involves connecting the auxiliary a/c evaporator tubes (2, 3) to the condenser tube and accumulator with nuts tightened to 16 nm (12 lb ft). Refrigerate the system with the right amount of refrigerant then check all fittings with the j 39400-a.
