How to replace the Lash Adjuster without AFM on 2010 GMC Yukon?

To replace the lash adjusters (209) without afm; remove Cylinder Head and gasket, then remove the Lash Adjuster guide bolts (211) and the Lash Adjuster guides with the adjusters (210), and noting the positions of the guides to assure correct installation alignment with the locating tab of the engine block. Then, take out the lash adjusters (209) from the guide (210) and arrange or label the parts for record. Clean and inspect as required the lash adjusters. For installation, lubricate lash adjusters (209) and engine block Lash Adjuster bores with clean engine oil, and install the adjusters into the adjuster guides (210) so that the flat area on the top of the adjuster is aligned with the flat area at the bottom of the guide bore. Push adjuster completely into guide bore and install lash adjusters, and guide (210) to engine block; make sure you follow fastener precautions. Tighten the Lash Adjuster guide bolts, to the resistance of 12 nm (106 lb in) and finally replace the Cylinder Head and a gasket.
