The first step involves pushing up and out at the bottom side of the map pocket panel until attachment hooks are released from their frame positions on back and bottom sides. The process requires separating the seat heater electrical connection if needed. To remove and inspect the rear seat belt height adjuster trim cover application press into the sides before lifting it upward. The height adjuster closeout ring can be detached from the hook binding the seat back cover to extract it. Work the cover and pad while removing the three screws from the front trim cover of the height adjuster. You must remove the lower seat belt retractor trim cover before taking off the retaining nut to unfasten the belt retractor assembly. Pull the lower seat belt retractor assembly through the height adjuster opening and take off the cover and pad from it.
