Start the Wiper Arm replacement by placing a mark on the windshield with a marker or tape where the
Wiper Blade is, then disconnect the washer hose. Pull off the cover on the Wiper Arm's nut, unscrew the nut, and then take off the Wiper Arm from the Drive Shaft with a battery terminal puller. Take a wire brush and clean the Drive Shaft knurls. Position the Wiper Arm onto the windshield so the blade matches the mark and install the arm onto the Drive Shaft, putting the nut on and tightening it to 30 n.m as the fastener notice says. Make sure to replace the nut cover, reattach the washer hose, take off the locating mark or tape from the windshield, and then run the wipers to make sure they operate as expected.
