    A: The Fuel Tank pressure sensor maintenance in a utility or crew cab begins by disconnecting the negative Battery Cable followed by a fuel pressure relief procedure then Fuel Tank draining procedure specific to the 2-door utility. The Fuel Tank draining procedure made for the 2-door utility must be followed to drain the Fuel Tank prior to its removal. Detach the Fuel Tank pressure sensor electrical connector then take out the Fuel Tank pressure sensor from the fuel sender assembly. Set the Fuel Tank pressure sensor in position on top of the fuel sender assembly then you can reconnect the electrical connector. The refilling process should follow reinstallation of the Fuel Tank and sealing of the fuel filler cap before the Battery Cable connection. To check for fuel leaks insiders should turn on the ignition for 2 seconds followed by 10 seconds of off time before turning on to detect fuel leakage.
