Remove the radiator outlet hose from the Oil Cooler after displacing its clamp. You should first remove all Oil Cooler bolts then pull out the Oil Cooler from its place. The installation process requires placing the Oil Cooler on the engine block and tightening Oil Cooler bolts to 22 nm (16 ft. Lbs.). Position the radiator outlet hose to the Oil Cooler after installing its clamp. Numerically position the Oil Cooler outlet hose clamp before attaching the Oil Cooler outlet hose to its destination. Finally, fill the cooling system.
