How to replace the rear car speakers on Chevrolet Express 1500?

You need to remove the rear header trim panel if it exists before you start fixing the rear speaker. Start by removing all nuts which secure the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle and proceed to remove the housing. First disconnect the electrical connector from the speaker before unscrewing the housing screws to extract the rear header speaker. Install the new rear header speaker by fitting it into its housing then fasten it securely using screws which must be tightened to 2 N.m (18 lb ft). Follow the process by connecting the electrical connector to the speaker followed by attaching the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle using nuts that should be tightened to 6 N.m (53 lb in). When the rear header trim panel was previously detached it needs to be reinstalled for completion of the speaker replacement.
