How to replace a sealed beam headlight on Chevrolet Express 2500?

The first step to replace a sealed beam headlamp requires turning off the switch of the headlamps. You should remove the retaining ring screws (T30 Torx) from the headlamp without touching the adjustment screws. The first step after turning off the headlamp switch is to remove both retaining ring screws and take off the retaining ring. Next, pull the headlamp out of its housing. Unplug the electrical connector which is attached to the headlamp. Connect the electrical connector to the new headlamp before placing it inside the housing and securing it with the retaining ring followed by screw installation.
