Begin by taking away the upper quarter panel applique and unfastening the tail lamp with its two mounting nuts in the upper quarter panel. Begin by removing both lens from the center high mounted stop lamp applique followed by disconnecting bulb sockets from the tail lamp. Rotation of the sockets counterclockwise allows you to remove the bulbs inside. Installation begins by inserting bulbs clockwise into their sockets then reattaching bulb sockets to the tail lamp. Secure the tail lamp to upper quarter panel using its two retaining nuts that should be tightened to 5 n.m (44 lb in). Then reinstall the upper quarter panel applique.
