How to replace the Brake Booster Vacuum Hose or Check Valve for the LNF-2.0L on Chevrolet HHR?

Before changing the Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve and Hose for LNF-2.0L you need to apply and release the brake pedal frequently until the power brake booster vacuum reserve runs out. Disconnect the power brake booster vacuum sensor electrical connector then take the power brake booster vacuum sensor out of its position on the power vacuum brake booster. Unbolt the clamp at the vacuum sensor end of the hose before taking off that fitting. After that disconnect the hose from its vacuum port in the intake manifold. Set the hose clamp onto the vacuum hose and put the hose into the intake manifold vacuum port space. Put the vacuum sensor on the power vacuum brake booster while using slight denatured alcohol to help join the sensor and grommet if needed but avoid using soap. Set the hose clamp over the hose and connect the hose to the power brake booster vacuum sensor. The recommended assembly aid for this process is denatured alcohol when needed. Attach the electrical wire to the vacuum sensor of the power brake booster at the end.
