  A: Starting the service on the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve requires unmounting the air cleaner attached to the throttle body fuel injection unit. Atech the pcv hose from the PCV Valve through unclamping one connector followed by removing two screws which support the PCV Valve retaining strap. The next action is to remove the PCV Valve which is located in the Intake Manifold. When installing the new PCV Valve you must first position it onto the Intake Manifold and fix it with both the retaining strap and two screws. The pcv hose must be reattached to the PCV Valve by using the one clamp and then you should reinstall the air cleaner onto the throttle body fuel injection unit.
