Proceed with the removal of the radiator support followed by removing the front cover along with valve lifters and Camshaft sensor bolt and sensor. First align the timing marks on Crankshaft and Camshaft sprockets following proper Crankshaft rotation before you uninstall the Camshaft sprocket bolts. The Crankshaft assembly must not receive any rotating force after taking out the Timing Chain because it will cause damage to piston assemblies or valves. Start by removing the Camshaft sprocket and relocating the Timing Chain after which you can install the Camshaft retainer bolts and retainer.
