A: To replace the Fuel Tank pressure sensor, remove the negative Battery Cable from its battery and release fuel system pressure. Drain the Fuel Tank based on the appropriate procedure for your type of vehicle, remove the Fuel Tank, as well as the Fuel Pressure Sensor . When installing, first install the Fuel Pressure Sensor, followed by reinstalling the Fuel Tank. Fill the Fuel Tank again and fasten the fuel filler cap before attaching the negative cable back. Finally, check for oil leaks by flipping the ignition on for 2 seconds, then off, for 10 seconds, and then turning it on again to look for any fuel leaks.
