The rear axle vent hose should be connected to the fuel fill pipe retainer when applicable before installing the spare tire followed by lowering the vehicle. To finish the installation you should mount the fuel fill pipe housing to its bolts while setting torque to 2.3 n.m (20 lb in). After that refill the fuel system and secure the fuel filler cap.
