Use proper caution to remove the water outlet housing with its seal before you discard the old sealing part. A thorough inspection for burrs and foreign particles must occur on both the engine Cylinder Head's sealing surface and the water outlet housing before installation begins. Include a new seal with your water outlet housing during installation and tighten all housing bolts to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Attach the power steering pump bracket and use the radiator inlet hose to join with the water outlet housing.
