First withdraw the Drive Belt to proceed with Drive Belt idler pulley replacement. The next step involves removing the left wheelhouse liner. The replacement process begins with compressor suction hose removal then continues to discharge hose removal. After unbolted Drive Belt idler pulley fixed to the engine you may detach the component. Put the new Drive Belt idler pulley into position on the engine before applying bolts that require tightening to 50 nm (37 lb ft) in a sequential manner. Installation begins with securing the a/c suction hose to the compressor and continuing with the a/c discharge hose connection to the compressor. Wrap up the procedure by putting back the left wheelhouse liner and the Drive Belt.
