The replacement process begins with unbolted Fan Blade attachments to the Fan Clutch before removing the Fan Blade from the clutch. Follow the fastener notice while attaching the fan to its clutch before installation. You must install 4 bolts to the Fan Blade until they reach a torque setting of 27 n.m (20 lb ft). Finally, reinstall the cooling fan.
