Before installation check both the engine Cylinder Head sealing surface and the water outlet housing for burrs and foreign material. Replace the water outlet housing together with a new seal following the fastener notice. Fasten the water outlet housing bolts using a torque setting of 10 n.m (89 lb in). To finish the installation connect the radiator inlet hose to the water outlet housing while placing the power steering pump bracket back in place.
