How to replace the rear bumper fascia on GMC Safari?

Before extracting the fascia from its position on the impact bar users must disengage the retainers which are located under the fascia. Install the fascia by positioning its locator pin into the impact bar hole then push retainers into the fascia base while lowering the vehicle before installing its upper retainers.
