First, jacking up the car and supporting it with appropriate safety stands but also supporting the lower
Control Arm. Replace the old tire and wheel assembly with new parts, as well as the upper Control Arm. Use the j 9519-e ball joint remover/installer set, the j 9519-17 tool to be precise, in order to take off the upper Control Arm bushings from the arm. Remove the old bushing and replace with the new bushing in Control Arm by placing it in the Control Arm and making sure it is in place correctly.
