How to replace the turn signal flasher on GMC Savana 1500?

At the start of replacement work, take off the left knee bolster bracket. First disconnect the electrical connector from the turn/hazard flasher at its Instrument Panel (I/P) Support location. Plug in the electrical connector to the new turn/hazard flasher unit and install it back in the location of the original Instrument Panel (I/P) Support. Reinstall the left knee bolster bracket last.
