You should start the crankcase ventilation hose and pipe service by removing the engine cover. The first step involves disconnection of the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube from its position between the
Intake Manifold and valve rocker arm cover. Afterwards detach the
PCV Valve from the tube itself. When servicing the crankcase ventilation you should detach the vent hose from both the
Throttle Body and the valve rocker arm cover while potentially replacing these components. Start by connecting the PCV Valve to the tube and then you can install the pcv tube onto the Intake Manifold followed by the valve rocker arm cover. Finally, reinstall the engine cover.
