Recoil the spring, remove the keepers, and extract the old part, clean the guide and seat, apply a new stem seal, and rub the surface gently. Install the new Intake Valve, re-attach the spring and retainer, release the compressor to lock the keepers, move the assembly by hand to make sure it moves smoothly, install the valve lash, re-fit the cam and timing gear, and torque the cover then perform a quick idle test.
