After finding the right placement of the Drive Belt over all except the Water Pump Pulley , apply torque using a 3/8 inch breaker bar on the Drive Belt tensioner to achieve clockwise rotation. Continue by placing the Drive Belt above the Water Pump Pulley then carefully let the Drive Belt tensioner go. The Drive Belt must receive proper alignment in the drive pulleys' grooves before checking if it properly rests on the pulleys.
