Mark the rear track's position to the frame before you remove all screws from the rear track assembly. Then lower the rear track while disconnecting its extension from the track. First detach the rear extension before dislodging the sunshade drive tube from its track position. Pull the sunshade cable from the barrel end of the track while keeping it through the drive tube until you reach the motor/actuator compartment. Then detach the sunshade cable from the vehicle. Place the sunshade cable onto the drive tube and guide it through the tube into the motor/actuator compartment. Position the barrel end of the sunroof/sunshade cable in the rear track channel while making sure it fits correctly on the opposing track. Implement the rear track extension and drive tubes onto the rear track before aligning the rear track with previously marked sunroof frame positions. First tighten the rear track screws to 5 N.m (44 lb in) and then measure the cross-vehicle distances on each rear track. The installation order starts with the sunshade assembly followed by the rear sunroof/sunshade motor/actuator and ends with rear vent window installation alongside the center window panel. Complete installation by mounting the headliner while performing the sunshade programming protocol for the rear vent window.

Position the rear track to the sunroof frame where previously marked positions exist and securely fasten the rear track extension and drive tubes to the rear track. Apply 5 Nm (44 lb in) torque when screwing the rear track screws but first confirm the rear track cross-vehicle measurements show acceptable results. The installation involves first attaching the rear sunshade then the rear sunroof/sunshade motor/actuator and finally the rear vent window and center window panel. Install the headliner and complete the initialization procedures for the rear vent window sunshade.

Position the bullet end of the rear vent window cable assembly into the rear window track and push the cable assembly into the track until the bullet end reaches past it.

Guide the barrel end of the sunroof/sunshade cable into the rear track channel, ensuring the barrel is positioned correctly on the opposite track.
