Evaporator Core

Replacements of the air conditioning Evaporator core must begin with hvac module removal. Use a screwdriver along with a hammer to take out all the heat stakes from the hvac module when present. The Blower Motor requires its wires disconnected together with the Blower Motor control module and sensing elements while all wiring must be detached from retainers. Remove all screws present in the hvac module assembly for the necessary installation. The Evaporator cowl gasket removal from the Evaporator leads to separating the upper hvac module assembly from the lower hvac module assembly. The Evaporator core must be taken out from its position inside the upper hvac module assembly. You should add chassis release agent to the fresh Evaporator core before applying it into place. Start with Evaporator core installation into the hvac module assembly before reattaching upper and lower assemblies of the hvac module. Crawl the Evaporator cowl gasket onto its designated position on the Evaporator and fasten the hvac module assembly screws with 2 nm (18 lb in) torque. End the procedure by adding the components into the hvac module assembly.

The first step to replace the air conditioning Evaporator core without hp2 involves uninstalling the hvac module. The hvac module requires removal of itsheat stakes using screwdriver and hammer. Unplug all wires from the Blower Motor as well as the Blower Motor control module and sensors before completely removing all wiring from their retainers. Remove all screws which attach the hvac module assembly if it exists. The Evaporator receives its gasket removed before proceeding to detach the upper hvac module assembly from the lower hvac module assembly. The Evaporator core removal is the next step followed by removal of the air conditioning Evaporator air temperature sensor from the upper hvac module assembly. Before installing the new Evaporator core users should include refrigerant oil. The Evaporator core receives installation in the hvac module assembly followed by attaching the upper hvac module assembly to the lower hvac module assembly before reinstallation of the Evaporator cowl gasket. Fasten the screws inside the hvac module assembly until they reach 2 nm (18 lb in) of torque. Reinstall the hvac module assembly together with the air conditioning Evaporator air temperature sensor.
