    First, lift the vehicle and support to replace the Muffler. Support the Exhaust Pipe, as well as the Muffler, then cut off the Exhaust Pipe on the nearest points near to the welded part of the Muffler using a proper cut off tool. You pull the nut that holds the rear Exhaust Hanger to the rear Exhaust Hanger bracket off and then take the Muffler out of the car. Slap a suitable lubricant on to the tail pipe hanger rod so as to ease-off the removal of the hanger ad withdrawn the rear Exhaust Hanger on to separate from the tail pipe hanger rod. For installation, join the Muffler and Exhaust Pipe, and the Muffler part should be connected without tightening it. Soak the rear part of the tail pipe hanger rod and the inside diameter of the rear Exhaust Hanger with soapy solution to aid the installing process, later popping the rear Exhaust Hanger over the tail pipe hanger rod and slotting it to the rear Exhaust Hanger bracket. Tighten the nut for the rear Exhaust Hanger to the rear Exhaust Hanger bracket with 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.). Mount the Muffler to the vehicles with the rear tailpipe opening horizontal, and then apply the Muffler clamp nuts to 40 nm (30 ft. Lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle.

Install the intermediate pipe to the muffler with the clamp having its nuts facing out from the vehicle exterior. Check for proper space between the muffler and intermediate pipe before tightening the clamp nuts to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle.
