    Q:
How to replace the A/C Hose suction on equipped with LR4, LM7, LQ4, and L18 with Denso on Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Classic? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first requirement to swap denso suction hoses on vehicles using lr4, lm7, lq4, and l18 is refrigerant recovery. Start by removing the suction hose mounting bolt from the A/C Compressor before unfastening the suction hose from both the compressor and accumulator. The suction hose nut from the accumulator must also be detached followed by suction hose removal from the accumulator and full suction hose removal from the vehicle. Throw away used sealing washers before covering all opens system entries. The new suction hose should be joined to the vehicle before being attached to the accumulator through fresh sealing washers. Fasten the suction hose nut onto the accumulator before tightening it to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). The next procedure involves attaching the suction hose to the compressor by installing new sealing washers to both connections before tightening the suction hose bolt on the A/C Compressor up to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). The a/c system requires evacuation with recharging followed by a leak test of the fittings through use of the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A).

    Q:
How to replace the A/C Hose on GMC Sierra 3500? Posted by Customer
    A:
Obtain and recover the refrigerant as a first step before beginning discharge hose replacement. Firstdetach the A/C Compressor mounting bolt of the discharge hose before removing the discharge hose from the A/C Compressor. Proceed by removing the upper radiator baffle followed by the discharge hose nut from the condenser and finally disconnecting the discharge hose from the condenser. The a/c recirculation switch electrical connector needs disconnecting before removing the discharge hose from the vehicle while discarding all used sealing washers and securing the system openings. Start your installation process by attaching discharge hose to the vehicle and connect electrical connector to the a/c recirculation switch. It is important to install the discharge hose to the condenser with new sealing washers and then tighten the discharge hose nut to the condenser at 16 n.m torque value (12 lb ft). The procedure starts with upper air baffle installation and proceeds with the A/C Compressor discharge hose installation using new sealing washers and the discharge hose mounting bolt requiring 16 n.m (12 lb ft) torque. The technician completes the process by evacuating and recharging the a/c system then inspecting component fittings with halogen leak detector (J 39400-A).

    Q:
How to replace the front A/C hose for RPO Codes LY2, LMF, L76, and L92 on GMC Sierra 3500 Classic? Posted by Customer
    A:
The replacement process for discharge hoses on vehicles with rpo codes ly2 lmf l76 and l92 commences with refrigerant recovery. Test new fittings for leaks using the halogen leak detector model j 39400-a. The first step is to remove the A/C Compressor discharge hose mounting bolt followed by detaching the discharge hose from the compressor. Begin by removing the discharge hose nut from the condenser before moving on to the upper radiator baffle. Remove the discharge hose from the vehicle while discarding the used sealing washers and close all system openings. Disconnect the a/c recirculation switch electrical connector before removing the discharge hose. Begin the installation process by fixing the new discharge hose to the vehicle and plugging into the a/c recirculation switch electrical connector. New sealing washers go on the discharge hose before the hose attaches to the condenser. After installation, tighten the discharge hose nut to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). Install the upper air baffle then attach the discharge hose to the A/C Compressor by using fresh sealing washers before tightening the discharge hose mounting bolt to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). The a/c system needs evacuation followed by recharging for completion.
