    Q:
How to replace the front brake line on Chevrolet Tracker? Posted by Customer
    A:
Before replacing the front brake hose you need to drain brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir. Lift the car and take off its front tire and wheel unit. Before disconnecting the front brake hose from the pipe environment you must clean up dirt buildup at both ends. First disconnect the top and bottom hose clips then the front brake hose from the front strut before removing the brake caliper hose bolt and seal washers together with the brake hose. Insert the brake hose through the brake caliper alongside both seal washers and bolt them tightly with a 23 nm torque (17 ft. Lbs.). Fit the brake lines into their positions on the front strut and hang both hose clips in place before linking the front brake hose with the front brake pipe. Begin bleeding the brake system before you put back the front tire wheel set and lower the vehicle.
