Before completion install the front seat cushion outer trim panel while attaching the cup holder to the seat and replacing the seat inside the vehicle.

The seat switch bezel installation should be followed by pushing the lumbar knob directly onto its shaft. You should install the recliner handle before you attach the J-strips on the underside of the seat (1, 2) to the front and rear and side positions. Use the 3 bolts to fasten the cup holder bracket onto the seat frame before tightening them to 9.1 N.m (80 lb in). Afterward, set the front seat cushion outer trim panel along with inserting the cup holder directly onto the bracket. Install the seat as a final step.

Use the attached 3 bolts to install the cup holder bracket onto the seat framework below and stabilize it by torquing each bolt to 9.1 N.m (80 lb in). To complete the installation put the front seat cushion outer trim panel back then add the seat cup holder before returning the seat into its position.

The seat belt buckle electrical connector should be connected and all electrical harness clips or straps need to be restated. Fasten the seat back assembly to the seat cushion assembly using the 2 seat recliner bolts while torquing them to 24 n.m (18 lb ft). If the seat has a switch bezel you should reinstall it before pushing a lumbar knob directly onto the shaft when present. After installing the recliner handle you must attach the front and rear and side j-strips (1, 2) under the seat platform. Use three bolts to fasten the cup holder bracket onto the seat frame while tightening them at 9.1 n.m (80 lb in). Then install the front seat cushion outer trim panel. The seat installation procedure finishes with the cup holder direct installation on its bracket along with the seat reinstallation into the vehicle.

Reinstall the rear bench seat in the vehicle.

Reinstall the rear folding seat cushion in the vehicle.

Reinstall the rear bench seat in the vehicle.

Release the J-strips on the cover and take off the seat cushion cover from the seat frame/pad.

Release the J-strip at the bottom of the seat back cover, compress the seat back pad to relieve pressure, and carefully lift off the seat back cover while avoiding damage to the hook and loop retaining strips.

Install the J-strip at the bottom of the seat back cover, followed by the head restraint, the seat cushion outer trim panel, and the seat back release handle, then reinstall the seat in the vehicle.

Reinstall the J-strip on the cover.

Remove the rear bench seat from the vehicle.

Detach the seat belt buckles from the seat cover loops and release the J-strips on the cover.

Place the seat cushion cover and pad over the seat frame, reattach the J-strips on the cover, and secure the seat belt buckles through the seat cover loops.
