    Q:
How to replace the front brake dust shields on Chevrolet Tracker? Posted by Customer
    A:
You start replacing the front disc Brake Dust Shields after supporting the car at its lifted position following tire and wheel removal. Move forward by removing the brake rotor before taking out the hub with its bearings and seals. Detach the 4 dust shield bolts from the spindle before removing the dust shield from its location. Attach the brake dust shield to the spindle using the fastener notice guidelines prior to installing its 4 bolts which need to be tightened to 50 nm (36.5 ft. Lbs.). Attach the wheel hub elements first then mount the brake rotor and tire wheel assembly into position. Put the vehicle back to ground level and test the wheel alignment while adjusting both settings if needed.
