The front compartment lower noise shield requires complete removal. J 38185 hose clamp pliers can be used to move the engine Oil Cooler Hose clamp off the Radiator Hose before extracting the engine Oil Cooler Hose from this connection. Start by moving the hose clamp at the engine position then extract the hose from the engine's location. Before extracting the engine oil cooler hoses from the vehicle remove the engine oil cooler bolt from the engine and disconnect engine oil cooler hoses from the engine. Begin installation by attaching engine oil cooler hoses to the vehicle then connecting the engine oil cooler hoses to the engine. Use j 38185 - hose clamp pliers to clamp the engine Oil Cooler Hose at the engine and install the engine oil cooler bolt into the engine. Use j 38185 - hose clamp pliers to reposition the engine Oil Cooler Hose clamp at the Radiator Hose. Install the engine Oil Cooler Hose to the engine for the second time before using j 38185 - hose clamp pliers to position the clamp again. Toward the end of the procedure you need to reinstall the front compartment lower noise shield and lower the vehicle before completing the coolant filling.

You need j 38185 - hose clamp pliers for putting Radiator Hose clamp into position on the engine Oil Cooler Hose component then hose removal. Begin by taking off both the left engine splash shield and air cleaner resonator outlet duct and after this step remove the air cleaner. Start by removing the engine oil cooler bolt that anchors the hose to the engine then disconnect both engine oil cooler hoses from the engine. Before removing the hoses from the vehicle start by removing the engine oil cooler bolt from the engine and disconnecting the engine oil cooler hoses from the engine. Begin the installation process by routing the engine oil cooler hoses through the vehicle then attaching them to the engine. Position the engine oil cooler bolt to the engine before installing the engine Oil Cooler Hose . Secure the engine Oil Cooler Hose clamp to the engine with j 38185 - hose clamp pliers. Connect the Radiator Hose to the engine Oil Cooler Hose before repositioning the hose clamp over the engine Oil Cooler Hose with j 38185 - hose clamp pliers. After attaching the air cleaner and the air cleaner resonator outlet duct you should install the left engine splash shield. To complete the procedure lower the car and add charge air cooler coolant.
