After detaching each Master Cylinder pipe from the valve you must unscrew its hardware to release the mounting bracket and remove the proportion valve. Secure the proportion valve onto its bracket first, lock it with retaining nuts while tightening them to 10 Nm (84 inch lbs.). Fit brake hose ends onto the proportion valve and tighten them to 15 Nm while also connecting the brake lines to the valve with fittings tightened to 21 Nm. After finishing all steps you need to exhaust brake fluid from the system.

Mark the positions of the brake pipes so you can easily install them later. Disconnect brake pipes first from the proportion valve then separate Master Cylinder brake pipes from the proportion valve. After removing the retaining nuts which connect the proportion valve to its mounting bracket you can detach the proportion valve from its bracket. The proportional valve should be placed on the bracket and retained with tightening nuts to 10 Nm torque (84 inch lbs). Secure the master cylinder brake pipes on the proportion valve by torquing fittings to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).After finishing the ratio valve assembly you should connect brake pipes to the proportion valve and tighten them to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). Finally, bleed the brake system.
