Following drainage of the cooling system you can begin installation of the new radiator outlet hose. The Hose Clamp Pliers (J38185) should be used to readjust the hose clamp at the water pump housing before disconnecting the outlet hose from this part. The Hose Clamp Pliers (J38185) helps locate the radiator hose clamp position before you disconnect the outlet hose from the radiator. Remove the outlet hose. Place the outlet hose according to the hose marks before installing it to the radiator after which the Hose Clamp Pliers (J38185) will be used to position and clamp the radiator hose. Reposition and attach a hose clamp at the water pump housing by using Hose Clamp Pliers (J38185). Then install the outlet hose to the water pump housing. The cooling system should receive the necessary fluid before examining for any fluid system leaks.
