How to replace the rear side door window motor on 2000 Buick LeSabre?

Removing the door trim panel and water deflector will expose the fasteners of the motor in order to change the rear side door window regulator motor. Open the window partially, and disconnect the connector of the motor, and the fasteners. Install the motor again and make sure it is functional and well sealed before putting it back in.
