Start by draining fuel pressure from the system then clean all pieces of the Fuel Rail assembly. The service begins by disconnecting fuel feed and return pipes from the Fuel Rail assembly and also removing the vacuum hose from both the pressure regulator and Throttle Body. Begin by disconnecting the ignition coil wires next to all fuel injectors as well as removing their electrical connectors. Afterward remove the Fuel Rail hold-down bolts. Wooden pliers should be used to gently uninstall the Fuel Rail assembly by pushing in both directions.
