How to service and repair the Brake Proportioning Valve on 2000 Buick Regal?

In order to service the Brake Proportioning/Combination Valve, lift and support the vehicle. Wipe off the brake pipes and valve, disconnect the fittings and take the valve off. Install the valve, attach the fittings and tighten the Tube Nut. Lastly, depress the vehicle and depress the brakes.
