How to replace the Air Bag Clockspring in the steering wheel module on 2000 Cadillac DeVille?

In order to change the Air Bag Clock Spring, turn-off SIR System and take off steering wheel. Unscrew the bottom and top shroud and then the Air Bag Clock Spring. To install this, you have to align the new SIR coil assembly, screw the shrouds, and reattach the steering wheel and then you have to switch the SIR system on.
