How to replace the universal joints (External Snap Ring Type) on 2000 Cadillac Escalade?

To replace universal joints, prop the propeller shaft in the horizontal position and mark the ends. Snap rings, and press out the lower bearing cup. Turn the shaft and remove the opposite cup and check for dirt. For installation, grease new bearings, align and press bearing cups into yoke. Check to make sure trunnions are moving freely, install bearing retainer.
