  A: In order to remove the cruise module assembly, one needs to disconnect cruise control cable and then disengage the method of power connecting to the assembly. Then remove the fasteners that fix the module to the mounting studs here remove the module from the vehicle. Then, with the exception of the fasteners that hold the cruise control module bracket to the module, take off the bracket. For installation, connect the cruise control module to the bracket and fasten by tightening fasteners to 7.5 N.m (66 lb in). Next, place the cruise control module on to the studs on the cowl and put on the fasteners that you needed to tighten at 9N.m(80 lb in). Secure the electrical connector to the cruise control module and place the cruise control cable back to its proper place and adjust any cable that are required to be adjusted.
