To maintain the brake light switch, the brake pedal should be in rest position. To disconnect the instrument panel sound insulator, remove the instrument panel sound insulator, and then twist the lower switch counter-clockwise. To install, connect the electrical connectors, install the switch, and twist it clockwise until it gets locked. Lastly, install sound insulator again.
