  A: The repair process of the Radiator begins with cooling fan removal. The hose clamp pliers (J 38185) enables disconnecting the generator cooler inlet hose from the Radiator. After removing the two condenser mounting bolts users must handle the lower attachment points of both the Radiator and condenser with utmost care. The condenser must be raised to detach from the Radiator mounting features at the front and allow easy Radiator extraction from the vehicle. Position the Radiator in the correct order behind the condenser with the lower feet of the condenser attached to the mounting features of the Radiator. The Radiator end tanks will become damaged if you use anything other than special length bolts when performing the reinstallation. First tighten condenser mounting bolts to 13 nm (115 inch lbs.) before using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) for generating a hose connection to the Radiator before reinstalling cooling fans.
