How to service the EGR valve on 2000 Chevrolet Camaro?

The EGR valve servicing begins by removing the electrical connector from the EGR valve and next removing the 2 base to flange nuts to extract the linear EGR valve assembly. Place the linear EGR valve assembly correctly then manually start two adapter-mounting nuts before tightening them to 29 N.m (21 lb ft). Finally, reconnect the electrical connector.
