How to Replace a Power Steering Hose on 2000 Chevrolet Camaro?

The replacement process of the p/s cooler pipe/hose begins with placing a drain pan below the vehicle near the cooler then draining all engine coolant from the engine. Detach power steering gear outlet hoses with their clips from the cooler before unclipping Radiator Hose clamps from both the radiator tubes and the cooler tubes. Proceed to remove the cooler while it is positioned in the radiator support bracket. Install the cooler by placing it on the radiator support bracket with marks facing the engine and radiator so its outlets align straight down with Radiator Hose markers. Place radiator hoses on the cooler before tightening each hose with its respective clamp. The power steering gear outlet hoses need reconnection to the cooler with their related clips while engine coolant is refilled before the power steering system receives its refill and bleeding procedure.
