How to service the front wheel bearing and hub on 2000 Chevrolet Camaro?

To work on the front Wheel Bearing and steering hub you should first raise and stabilize the vehicle before taking off the wheel and tire components. Hold the brake caliper in place by mounting it onto the Steering Knuckle using mechanics wire. Take out the Wheel Bearing hub bolts 6 and 7, plus wheel speed sensor wire bracket while disconnecting the wheel speed sensor electrical connector and pulling the brake rotor off the Wheel Bearing hub . Use a suitable tool to take the Wheel Bearing assembly off from its housing. Insert Wheel Bearing hub onto Steering Knuckle and attach Wheel Bearing hub bolts (6 and 7) with wheel speed sensor wire bracket . Tighten bolts to 86 nm (63 ft. Lbs.). Fix the wheel speed sensor electrical link then place the wire in position on its bracket. Put the brake rotor into the Wheel Bearing hub then detach and reinstall the brake caliper to its mount. Put on the tire and wheel assembly then let the vehicle descend to its normal position.
