  A: Before servicing the bank 2 air injection check valve always turn off your ignition and detach the air vacuum hose when the engine temperature has lowered to prevent potential burn injuries. Start the service by removing the air check valve pipe alongside clamps and bolt and continuing with the removal of the air vacuum bleed valve solenoid and its bolt. Service the bank 2 air injection check valve by first removing the air check valve nuts then the rear bracket and nuts along with the pipe adapters. Mount the air check valve pipe adapters without exceeding 30 n.m (22 lb ft) of torque strength. It is essential to secure the air check valve rear bracket with nuts to a torque of 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Fasten the air check valve first then tighten the air check valve nut to final torque of 10 n.m (89 lb in). You should first install the air vacuum bleed valve solenoid along with its bolt by applying torque of 10 n.m (89 lb in) before setting up the air check valve pipe and clamps and bolt with 10 n.m (89 lb in). After completing the procedure replace the air vacuum hose into its original position.
