Your first step should include removing the electrical connector and hoses from the EVAP canister purge valves before taking out the bolt from the valve mounting bracket to pull out the EVAP purge valves. After installing the EVAP canister purge valves onto the manifold follow by securing it with a bolt then tighten the purge valve retaining bolt to 10 N.m (88 lb in). Set up the purge valve electrical connection along with its hoses before mounting it to the valve.
