How to replace the Hood Cable for the Primary Latch Release on 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe?

To replace the Hood Cable, just pull the hood upward and take out the trim left hinge pillar. Separate the cable handle from the instrument panel and extract the cable. Pull the new cable through the cowl, attach it, and reconnect the handle. Remove the trim panel and put the hood back on.
